Bottles, Bottles, Bottles
Today is the day! Jenny collected the bottles in a baggie and in a tear filled ceremony (they didn’t even wink an eye lid) – the bottles were eliminated in a public trash can. There are no longer any bottles in the house. They now have Nube things – which Lauren calls her ‘Pink Gaga Bottle’.. Emily is in a bit of a trance and hasn’t fully hit her yet. Poor thing. Tonight will be the ultimate test…

Money
I transferred control of all our finances to Jenny; previously I have been paying all the household bills. But lately – it has been coming a little too much for me, so Jenny willingly has taken over. It is a great relief for me, as paying out bills can become somewhat depressing. But Jenny with her enthusiasm to do other things other than changing diapers all day (poor Jenny) – has willingly embraced our household finances and sees it as a great opportunity to streamline and improve our cash flow. She is pouring over everything, and has done a fantastic job.
With her suggestions and other fixes; I believe we are already looking at close to $300 extra a month – with minimal changes in our lifestyle. Thats quite an amazing achievement. I am SUPER impressed, and should have done this a long time ago. Of course I can’t spend money anymore on my pet tiger I have stashed in the attic, I’ll have to let it go in the wild.
Quotes
Don’t forget to check out the Quotes of the Day – accessible via a link to the right. I think they all sound pretty hilarious – especially when taken out of context like I do. This morning Nicholas invaded our bedroom and said to me ‘I need you to leave’ because he wanted the bed to himself. Quotes like that – which are classic make it to the ‘Quote of the Day!’

Russell Dollars
In order to force gently reinforce positive aspects of a working environment – we have invented – Russell Dollars. Russell Dollars are kept in envelopes and roughly equate to 5 Russell Dollars (RD) to 1 US dollar. Nick has 4 I believe now, Emily has 3 and Lauren has 2 – but sure will grow soon. The RD system is helping – and all are actively helping out more. All thanks to new found wealth. RD’s are unique and I came up with a unique design which is quite similar to Monopoly money – not sure how…

Nicholas Draws a ‘Man’
I thought it was a bird.. Anyway; Nicholas draw this wonderful ‘man’ inside bubbles. It is very beautiful. He used a program called ‘Tux Paint!’ I don’t know if its available for the PC – but it is available for the Mac! He loves drawing on the computer and also the traditional way. He is watching me type this right now; so lets ask him a question.
“Nicholas. Do you prefer drawing on paper or Tux Paint?”
his answer.. “Tux Paint”
So there you have it – The End.

A Very Productive Day!
Jenny and I did some jobs around the house – since we had logistical support from her mother.
* We got a Starbucks!
* We cleaned out the Garage; and created a section for charity and trash – it looks Spectacular!
* Vacuumed the entire house
* Sorted out Bills
* Played on the Internet
* Cleaned the Kitchen and Organized
I am MOST pleased!!
