Jetta had to go, but now a new car has arrived – bit of a departure for me, a coupe! – should be fun with the car seats.

Emily has started doing a very cute thing – she runs away, then attempts to surprise you and shouts BOO ! – If you’ve seen Monsters Inc – there is a similar scene in that movie. Lauren now does forward rolls and turns the lights on and off constantly. Two 3 year olds and 1 5 year old are going to make a interesting combination at Christmas time.

I am currently addicted to Mobsters!! – its a game on myspace – Monica has been teaching me how to play. Its quite cool, a typical resource allocation game with a twist. Gerald plays it too. We all play it at night..

My rental is almost identical to my previous car – life can be ironic

Few weeks ago I had to sell the Jetta – and tomorrow morning we are all going to the airport to get a rental car. Astonishingly, it is only $19 per day!! – I am looking at a used car Monday evening, it looks pretty good from the ad.

The kids will get to the see Columbia airport, I am hoping it has a runway viewing area cos Nick looooves airplanes.

I really like downtown Charlotte; at times you are not even aware of the massive skyscrapers looming upon you, there is a relaxed atmosphere and the locals are very friendly. This place warrants further exploration

Finally we closed on our home in South Carolina today, and even had a bonus surprise of a lower than expected mortgage. This will help us considerably. I expect to return to the home today and find a ribbon wrapped around it..

We are going up to Charlotte this weekend to check it out, can’t wait to see the inner city.

Nicholas, did not want to go to school last night, but this morning recovered and right,,, about.,,, now – is being picked up. His homework assignment is to decorate a shoebox and I will be sure to take care of th.. I mean help him create his shoebox.
