Blackberry Gets A Name

without comments

My blackberry has been called BeeBee, and she stays by my side constantly. I am not ashamed to admit that I love her – and she is getting new toys such as a new case, bluetooth gadgets and phone chargers. She wakes me up at certain times, and can surf the net. She also takes great pictures, plays media files and is the best looking phone ever made. Although I am biased. An example of a picture of Saint Nick.

Cell Phone

without comments

At last I decided on a cell phone, after 4-5 weeks of heart wrenching decision making – I finally committed to a Blackberry Curve 8310. It has GPS, Wireless Internet and more – so I’m very excited. Even more exciting is the fact that it was $99 on sale today only, so that was great.

7 weeks

without comments

We’re fast approaching the 7 week mark of living in South Carolina – and 6 weeks for my new job. I am very happy, I am making new friends. Learning a new office game, involving stuffed fish and the floor, was my favorite moment of the day. I also like being able to nip home when I want to have lunch with my family. Its great.

Weather has been lusticious, although have had some bad twisters floating around, none directly impacting us which is rather good.

Atlanta

On my way home from dropping Mum off at the airport, I risked driving by the skyscrapers to take a peek. I guess I was expecting something significantly larger, but it was nice all the same :)
